We arrange a time, review your items in person and talk through what we see there and then, covering unwanted jewellery, watches, silver pieces and selected gold items. How a home appointment usually works
It helps if you gather your items together and keep any boxes, receipts or older valuation paperwork nearby, although missing paperwork is very common and does not stop us assessing the pieces. During the visit, we look at metal type, weight, condition, craftsmanship, brand appeal and current resale demand where relevant. If you want to proceed, we can discuss purchase during the same appointment. Do I need paperwork for a home appointment?
No, not always. Receipts, certificates, boxes and earlier valuations can help, but many people no longer have them. We still assess items through close inspection and current market context, then explain the figures in a way that is easy to follow during the visit.

Yes, if you are happy to go ahead after hearing the valuations, we can discuss the sale during the appointment. There is still no obligation to proceed, and you are welcome to take time, ask more questions or decide against selling without any pressure from us.
